Full-time traditional two-year and full-time accelerated programs: Yale School of Management seeks individuals from a variety of academic, cultural, racial, ethnic, and professional backgrounds. Admission decisions are made on the basis of GMAT scores, academic record, work experience, extracurricular activities, essays, and two letters of recommendation. Any interview, if subsequently requested, is also part of the application process.
Executive program: Yale SOM Leadership in Healthcare program applicants must be working full time in a managerial/executive role in healthcare and have a minimum of seven years of professional experience. Admissions decisions are made on the basis of an applicant’s professional accomplishments and plans, past academic performance, verbal and quantitative abilities as demonstrated on the GMAT and personal interviews.
