Criteria, Processes, Factors, and Procedures Used in Admissions
(Data appear as originally submitted by this school)
Full-time traditional two-year and full-time accelerated programs: Applicants are evaluated globally, on the basis of academics, work experience, personal qualities and overall judgment. A successful application will provide a picture of you as a person, professional and student. Concise, complete and well-thought-out essays should paint a picture of who you truly are, rather than present what you think the Admissions Committee wishes to see.
Executive program: Same criteria as full-time MBA-GMAT, transcripts, 2 recommendations, 3 essays, letter of sponsorship from employer, interview. Candidates <30 yrs need full financial sponsorship of employer. Committee evaluates academic bkgd & performance, work exp. (incl. mgrl) & personal qualities, such as leadership. SF & Phila programs have different deadline and start date: www.wharton.upenn.edu/mbaexecutive/
