Full-time traditional two-year and full-time accelerated programs: Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree. Official transcripts, an official GMAT score report, resume, and 1-2 page goal statement are required. The goal statement should address reasons for pursuing an MBA, how it fits into career aspirations and why they have chosen the University of Houston. Two letters of recommendation from academics, employers or professionals are required.

Executive program: Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree. Official transcripts from all universities attended, a resume, two letters of appraisal, and an organizational endorsement must be submitted. A minimum of 5 years of full time business or professional experience is required. The GMAT is not required for admission to the Executive MBA program.

Part-time program: Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree. Official transcripts, an official GMAT score report, resume, and 1-2 page goal statement are required. The goal statement should address reasons for pursuing an MBA, how it fits into career aspirations and why they have chosen the University of Houston.
