Criteria, Processes, Factors, and Procedures Used in Admissions
(Data appear as originally submitted by this school)
Full-time traditional two-year and full-time accelerated programs: We weigh an application’s quantitative aspects (GPA, GMAT, work experience) equally with their qualitative information (resume, essays, interview, recommendations). Does the candidate show evidence of leadership and a capacity for personal growth? Have they the maturity to benefit from an intensive coaching experience? Are career goals and business interests conveyed with sufficient clarity?
Executive program: Does the candidate have the perspective, intellectual capacity, and the drive and discipline to successfully complete all program requirements? Will the program content add significant value, given the candidate’s current position in the organization and his/her potential for future growth? Will the candidate’s experience and expertise add to the educational experience of all participants?
Part-time program: Post-baccalaureate work experience, professional recommendations, previous academic performance, career focus, GMAT, & TOEFL if applicable. Evaluation also includes the candidate’s potential to contribute to the educational experience of the class, the ability to work in teams and future professional growth. Decisions are made on a rolling-admissions basis. Evaluation is holistic.
