Criteria, Processes, Factors, and Procedures Used in Admissions

Full-time traditional two-year and full-time accelerated programs: Applicants must have an acceptable four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. college or university, or a four-year international equivalent, and are required to have at least two years of full-time post-baccalaureate work experience prior to enrollment. Official scores within the last five years from the GMAT are required. Also considered are managerial promise and intellectual ability.
Executive program: Executive MBA candidates must have at least eight years of experience, including significant people or project management experience. A bachelor’s degree in any area is acceptable. Official scores within the last five years from the GMAT are required in most cases. Strong interpersonal skills, communication ability, motivation, career focus and leadership potential are also important qualities.
