Full-time traditional two-year and full-time accelerated programs: Admission to Baylor Business is competitive. We’re looking for individuals with professional work experience, outstanding scholarship, leadership potential, a commitment to community service, and a motivation to pursue an intense MBA program. MBA candidates should have strong analytical capabilities and communication skills.
Executive program: Baylor’s admission process begins with the candidate’s desire to commit to the rigorous program. Experience in leadership, management, budget supervision, etc. is reviewed as well as undergraduate scores. Baylor seeks letters of recommendation from peers and managers attesting to the candidate’s character and commitment.
