Full-time traditional two-year and full-time accelerated programs: We seek candidates with aspirations to lead organizations. We rely heavily on an interview protocol with a committee of current students, staff, and faculty to ascertain attributes of motivation, discipline, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams. We consider work experience, extra-curricular activities, essay question answers, interviews, undergraduate record and GMAT.
Executive program: Strong candidates have work-life experiences calling for them to manage people, projects, budgets. Experience as entrepreneur, working professional, business owner a plus. Criteria include work experience, academic record, community activities, personal essay, alumni and senior management recommendations, interpersonal skills, motivation. Interview required.
Part-time program: We target functional specialists eager to advance beyond mid-level management. We evaluate candidates’ motivation, discipline, interpersonal skills, leadership potential, and collaborative ability by assessing work experience, community involvement, applicant essays, personal interviews, and GMAT scores.
Part-time distance learning program: We seek experienced, highly motivated professionals from diverse fields who wish to further their career advancement. We consider work experience, extra-curricular activities, essay question answers, undergraduate record, and GMAT scores to assess candidate’s academic qualifications, motivation, discipline, interpersonal skills, and ability to work remotely with diverse teams.
